When your tape or DVD arrives:
We
determine the length of the video to establish what size media to use,
and we do a test recording to ensure you get the best possible quality
from our equipment. Our goal is to provide you with a converted or
transferred copy
which is as close as possible to the original. Within 24 hours, we will
mail both your original and the converted copy back to you.
If you so wish, we can also mail the converted tape to anywhere in the
world that you specify (see price additional
mailing costs).
When your Memory Card arrives:
Our Technician will run various
tests to recover all data from the memory card. That data is then
evaluated, thumbnails of photos are created and then e-mailed to the
customer. If the customer is happy with the data recovery, the recovered
pictures are then burned to CDROM and returned along with the original
unmodified memory card. If we are unable to recover any valid data
or the customer is not happy for any reason, we will return the original
memory card at no charge to the customer.
